The people-first business recruitment strategy

A business cannot be scaled without attracting the right talent, and to attract the top talent in today’s market place, businesses need to upgrade their recruiting skills. Taking a people-first approach to recruitment means creating a compassionate people led recruitment strategy – from employer branding and recruitment processes through to succession planning and time to fill and hire metrics. This interactive workshop session will give you the knowledge and the tools you need to create a people first business recruitment strategy for your own business. Attendees will be able to bring their own recruitment challenges to be discussed and worked through and will leave with real, measurable changes that they can implement on their return to the office. Robert will follow up two months later with a one-to-one session to check in and review progress.
