Keele University Events and Conferencing is an award winning academic venue, nestled in the north of Staffordshire between Birmingham and Manchester, just minutes from the city of Stoke-on-Trent, offers two residential and one year-round non-residential conference and meeting venues.
A rural picturesque campus, delegates can enjoy contemporary facilities: ensuite accommodation, 9 lecture theatres, 37 seminar rooms, 612sqm exhibition suite and restaurant all under one roof. The Denise Coates Foundation Building, Smart Innovation Hub offers an exclusive use venue for up to 62 delegates, 2 boardrooms and a fantastic open atrium. During vacation we have 1000 bedrooms for delegates. Whilst on campus, residential delegates have access to the University’s extensive sporting facilities with the largest outdoor space in Staffordshire. We offer an enhanced conference support service to conference organisers.
By contrast, nestled within the Italian Gardens you will find Keele Hall, a 19th century Grade II listed building. The ballroom is the largest conference and banqueting space in Staffordshire providing 500sqm of flexible space and is a fabulous backdrop for conference dinners up to 450 delegates. There are a range of smaller meeting rooms within the hall, many with the original period features with breath-taking views of the gardens, lawns and lake. This year round venue is complemented by the Courtyard by Marriott Keele Staffordshire, located on the campus and offering 150 bedrooms, restaurant and bar.
